  • Webcam and microphone if your instructor uses Zoom or other video tools.

Help with other tools used in Canvas

Your instructors may use Zoom, Panopto, publisher websites, or other integrated apps within Canvas. If you have trouble accessing a specific tool:

  • Check your course announcements or syllabus for tool-specific instructions.
  • Contact your instructor using the Canvas Inbox or the email listed in the syllabus.
  • If the problem continues, contact Online Campus or Canvas 24/7 support.
