Graduates of the CSUEB History BA and MA programs pursue diverse careers in education, public service and community engagement, library science, business, law, and science and technology. We are so pleased to showcase selected CSUEB History alumni career pathways to illuminate the varied workplaces and fields that our skilled History graduates are able to pursue. This showcase includes recent graduates as well as alumni who are now influential leaders in their professions and workplaces.

More than half of our History BA graduates go on to advanced degree programs, for masters and doctoral degrees. Our dedicated History faculty support students' post-graduation planning through mentorship, letters of recommendation to graduate schools, and job references.
