This high-energy circuit training session is designed to deliver a full-body workout in a short amount of time. This class combines strength, cardio, and core movements in timed rounds that keep you moving and engaged from start to finish. You’ll rotate through movements that challenge your endurance, build muscle, and fire up your spirit, all in one efficient workout. Midday Burn
A quick, efficient workout designed to boost your energy in the middle of the day. Midday Burn mixes strength, cardio, and core training into a fast-paced session that helps you feel strong and refreshed.
